     ขั้นตอนในการทำสีรถ

     ในการทำสีรถยนต์นั้น ถ้าจะให้ได้งานที่มีคุณภาพ นอกจากต้องใช้สีที่มีคุณภาพสูงแล้ว ขั้นตอนการพ่นสีก็ต้องพิธีพิถันและปราณีตด้วย ต้องระมัดระวังทั้งเรื่องความสะอาด อุณหภูมิ เวลาที่ใช้ในการพ่น และ รายละเอียดปลีกย่อยอื่นๆ ซึ่ง ช่างที่ชำนาญการและมีความใส่ใจในการพ่นจะให้ความสำคัญในทุกๆ ขั้นตอน
ซึ่งขั้นตอนของการพ่นสีรถยนต์ คือ

     1. ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวบริเวณที่เป็นแผลด้วยน้ำยาทำความสะอาด เพื่อเก็บครบไขมันและสิ่งตกค้าง
     2. เปิดปากแผลด้วยเครื่องขัดหัวกลม
     3. ใช้ปื่นเป่าลมทำความสะอาดชิ้นงานและเช็ดด้วยน้ำยา
     4. โป้วสีลงบนชิ้นงานตามสภาพความเสียหาย ประมาณ 3-4 เที่ยว เพื่อสีโป้วเกาะติดกับชิ้นงาน
     5. อบสีโป้วด้วยเครื่องอบอินฟาเรด ระยะห่างจากชิ้นงาน 60 – 70 cm. ใช้เวลา 5 นาที ที่ความร้อน 70 – 80 Cและปล่อยให้แห้งที่อุณหภูมิทั่วไป รอสีโป้วเย็นตัวลง 5 นาที
     6. ขัดเปิดหน้าสีโป้วและปรับสีผิวสีโป้วให้เรียบเสมอชิ้นงาน และทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวที่ขัด
     7. พ่นสีรองพื้น 2-3 เที่ยว เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้สีพื้นซึม โดยแต่ละเที่ยวต้องทิ้งช่วง 2-3 นาที
     8. อบสีรองพื้นในห้องอบโดยใช้เวลา 12 นาที
     9. ขัดหน้าเปิดสีรองพื้น และตรวจสอบความเรียบ
    10. ใช้ปืนเป่าลมทำความสะอาด และเช็ดทำความสะอาดด้วยน้ำยา
    11. ใช้แสงไป Day Light ความสว่าง 1500 Lux ตรวจความเรียบของชิ้นงานก่อนส่งพ่นสีจริง
    12. พ่นสีจริงเที่ยวแรก โดยให้กลบชิ้นงานก่อน 50 – 70%
    13. พ่นสีจริงเที่ยวที่สอง โดยให้กลบชิ้นงาน 100% ทิ้งระยะ ก่อนจะพ่นสีจริงครั้งสุดท้าย
    14. ตรวจสอบดฉดสีที่ได้ว่าตรงกับสีที่ต้องการ
    15. อบแห้ง ที่อุณหภูมิ 60 C เป็นเวลา 30 นาที หรืออบอินฟาเรด 10 นาที
    16. พ่นสีเคลียกลบชิ้นงาน 2 เที่ยว
    17. รอให้ชิ้นงานเย็นตัวก่อนนำออกจากห้องพ่น ขัดแต่งด้วยน้ำยาขัดเงา
    18. ตรวจสอบงานก่อนส่งมอบ

6. ขัดเปิดหน้าสีโป้วและปรับสีผิวสีโป้วให้เรียบเสมอชิ้นงาน และทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวที่ขัด
