สวัสดีค่ะ ตอนนี้ดิฉันมีเรื่องทุกข์ใจเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากรถของดิฉันเกิดการเสียหลังแล้วไปชนเกาะกลางและพวงมาลัยไปชนรถด้านข้าง ทำให้รถเสียหายหนัก และตอนนี้รถได้ส่งไปที่อู่เรียบร้อยแล้วค่ะ แต่ทางอู่แจ้งว่า 50 50 น่ะครับ เพราะต้องรอทางประกันประเมินอีกที
ดิฉันมีข้อส่งให้ว่าในกรณีที่รถไม่สามารถซ่อมได้ ทางบริษัทประกันจะจ่ายคืนเราเต็มจำนวนไหมค่ะ เพราะทุนประกัน 470,000 ค่ะ
และถ้าให้กรณีที่ดิฉันดิความประสงค์จะขายซากรถต้องทำอย่างไรบ้างค่ะ
แล้วรถคันนี้เป็นรถคันแรกดิฉันได้สิทธิ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว ในกรณีต้องคืน หนึ่งแสนให้กับสรรพสามิตกลับไหมค่ะ |
