     หลักส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย

- ในฐานะผู้ครอบครอง เช่น ผู้เช่า ผู้ยืม ผู้รับฝาก

     บุคคลในความสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ เหล่านี้ ถือว่ามีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับทรัพย์สินและสามารถทำประกันได้ โดยผู้เอาประกันภัยต้องมีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียขณะทำสัญญาประกันภัย หรือในการประกันภัยบางประเภทก็อนุโลมให้ผู้เอาประกันภัยมีส่วนได้ส่วนสียขณะเกิดภัยได้
