ความเสียหายเบื้องต้น ตาม พรบ. ( ไม่ว่าเป็นฝ่ายถูก หรือ ฝ่ายผิด )
        • กรณีบาดเจ็บ ได้รับชดเชยค่ารักษาพยาบาล และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาพยาบาล ตามที่จ่ายจริงแต่ไม่เกิน 15,000 บาท
        • กรณีเสียชีวิต จะได้รับการชดใช้เป็นค่าปลงศพ และค่าใช้จ่ายอันจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศพจำนวน 35,000 บาท
        • กรณีสูญเสียอวัยวะ หรือทุพพลภาพถาวร จะได้รับค่าสินไหมทดแทนจำนวน 35,000 บาท
*** กรณีเสียชีวิตหลังการรักษาพยาบาล จะได้รับการชดใช้เป็นค่ารักษาตามจ่ายจริงแต่ไม่เกิน 15,000 บาท และค่าปลงศพ 35,000 บาท รวมแล้วต้องไม่เกิน 50,000 บาท***

ส่วนที่เกินจากความเสียหายเบื้องต้น ( ฝ่ายที่ถูกเท่านั้นจึงจะได้รับ )
        • กรณีบาดเจ็บ ได้รับชดเชยค่ารักษาพยาบาล และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาพยาบาล ตามที่จ่ายจริงแต่ไม่เกิน 50,000 บาท
        • กรณีเข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาลในฐานะคนไข้ใน ได้ค่าชดเชยรายวัน 200 บาท/วัน จำนวนรวมกันไม่เกิน 20 วัน
        • กรณีเสียชีวิต หรือสูญสียอวัยวะ หรือทุพพลภาพถาวร จำนวน 200,000 บาท
*** ทั้งนี้รวมได้ทั้งสิ้นไม่เกิน 204,000 บาท ***
